On-site Production
Field fabrication and installation can be highly cost-effective and efficient. When several large components need to be assembled on location, field fabrication and installation often overcome size and access problems.
Plasticon Projects offers on-site production solutions for situations where transporting our products proves impractical due to size constraints or limited transport options. Our expertise extends to working in a wide range of climates, from extreme cold at -40 °C to scorching heat at +50 °C. We have developed advanced winding machinery and a mobile plant specifically tailored for manufacturing GRP stacks, ducts, apparatus, and vessels directly at the project site.
For different diameters, we employ specialized equipment: our vertical winding machine handles diameters up to 20 meters, while the horizontal winding machine accommodates diameters up to 9 meters. The mechanical properties of the laminate produced on-site mirror those of our products manufactured in traditional facilities, ensuring consistent quality across all projects.
